Hey Patrick:
Welcome back to the club!
I actually have a copy of your book.
It's a great little keepsake.
A beautiful job well done!
I'm fascinated with your resume.
Sounds like quite a diverse and exciting life.
I hold an Extra as N2KZ and am a former president of IRCA.
Hi Karl. Thanks for the welcome.
I'm glad you enjoyed my book. Although it is quite dated now 12 years after I
wrote it, I had a great deal of fun publishing it. I still have many requests
for it. But it is long ago sold out. I only printed 500 copies.
Best wishes for the holidays. 73
Hi Patrick. Nice to hear from you. It is very strange here in the shadow of
KOA. Lots of harmonics! I actually listen to them on 1700 here in the area so
that I don't overload my car radio too much. The second harmonic on 1700 is
very strong.

Hi all,
This morning at 0600 UTC I heard an id Silk FM on 1150 followed by light
music. It faded down quickly after which WHBY took over. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,

Bill,
With XEPE and KVNS both with Oldies it will be difficult to separate the two
stations
with IDs. The previous talk format of XEPE really made it easy.
I have heard KVNS on the vehicle radio a few times up here with a nice signal.

Not much other than the big guns at 1700 EST.
Recheck at 2300 EST - best signal is 549 Algeria, plus some audio from many
