the promos, of course, hi), the publication of the log was delayed until 2
weeks ago.

Earlier tonight I ran across a sta on 1190 that had me perplexed for a while,
just like Rob's logging of a different sta on the same channel recently. This
one turned out to be a call letter change as detailed below. Logged on SRF-59
barefoot.
