I have heard the Burien, WA TIS on 540 to the Pierce/Thurston county line en
route to Olympia. The only one I can think of which might have greater coverage
is the HAR in the Norfolk area on 610 which was readable in Williamsburg.

I haven't bothered with AM for a while (thanks to noise and radio electric
stuff that rears its ugly head on AM only), but this change gets KMRQ/96.7
into San Mateo now with an ugly (but DXably discernable) signal. New
reception!
