Without looking at the FCC record, it's probably a PSSA and then a Critical
Hours power as well.

I'm not Todd but we know each other & I'm closer (within 25 miles) of
KYMN-1080. I don't know all the specifics, but I'm told they use multiple
step-down powers. I'm guessing it is automatic but sometimes fails to step down
as low as 11 watts. They have to reduce power more than once during PSSA

I would defintely concur with Steve, as a fine DU morning noted here
also. Listened from 1155 to 1235.
Heard audio from the following (all Australia except 738):
594 3WV Horsham 1229 - Aussie-accented man interviewing another, in
English.
612 4QR Brisbane 1231 - Very weak, with man interv
WTIC was back for good by 0330. In multiple playbacks of my unid, it seems that
I caught an announcer miscue as it sounds like "WWKJK", so nothing of interest.
In case they're off again tonight, I'll try to aim a bit more towards the NW
and away from WKJK, even if it means more KYW slop, and see
WTIC was noted signing off 2307+ but was back by 0030, and seemed to be on and
off at various TOH and BOH recordings afterward. Seemed to be lower than normal
power still. Only WKJK-KY heard when WTIC off during the 2330 and
recordings. I'm somewhat limited by having to null the slop from K

How strong is their PSSA and are you sure that they don't sometimes use full
day power for Twins games since they are so strong here in NE IL?
