both the ULR and OVERALL Logs690 CKBF-1 Gravelbourg, SASK. Have been
trying for this one for a while...Finally breaks through tonight!!

First audio noted here this season from a TA turns out to be the UK
on 1215. Rather weak, and suffering from T-storm noise tonight, but
nice to hear some audio regardless. Other substantial hets noted on
999, 1107 (and 1107.13),1269,1305, 1377, 1413, 1422, as well as numerous
lesser ones.

from Orleans, Cape Cod, MA with his Perseus & car rooftop antenna. I don't
recall the exact time but probably around 2330- UTC. I'm sure details will

In general the Asiatic TP signals were Ultra Light this morning, and what
audio that showed up was mostly from Korea-- the good, the bad and the
ugly. 972-HLCA made its first weak appearance this season, and the 1053-Korean
Jammer was back with unusually potent signals. As usual,
As a nostalgic addenda to WPRC. In recently sorting my veries from
1950-1969 I find a letter QSL from WPRC dated May 15, 1951. I believe
that reception was from their equipment tests prior to their taking the
air on a regular/permanent basis. I lived in NW Iowa at the time.

Kaz/Todd, a check of Radio Locator gets an up-to-date web site for
WIBH. Besides country music they carry live a whole slew of High School
games of various sorts. This might help in logging this elusive station.

Check also with WPRS because that is what I hear on 1440 with C&W to the south
from here. There slogan is Paris Country. I still need WIBH and if they can
confirm Todd is hearing them, I need to spend more time on 1440. Anyhow, WPRS
