Hello All,
For anyone with superior Asian language identification skills (Korean or
Japanese) able to listen to the entire 729 kHz MP3 from the TP-DXing session
this morning (2.48 MB, just over 2 minutes), it has been uploaded to
_http://www.mediafire.com/?d0k54axtour55v5_
It's was about 5am local time. Most of the time I hear Russia with the
classical music. Last year I also heard Asian mixed in also. This time
I heard AC/DC back in black.
Thank you.

Thanks everyone for the listening to the cubb DXers audio nuggets. I
didn't hear any talking on 1161. It faded in the mud after the
recording. I think I need one of those QDFAs
Thank you.

Listened from 1250-1351 utc. A good morning here in Salmon Creek, WA
Stations are hanging on longer and not fading out at local sunrise.
Many level 5 carriers with near audio on channels that no audio has
been heard here in the past. Would have been great morning on the

All Asian TP except for some DU noted on 891. Hets over whole band, audio on
the lower. Since I don't get TP all that well, I think I'm doing pretty good
so far this season. Asian audio in order of heard: 594 medium, best of the

Hi Mauno,
Thanks for listening to the MP3.
I switched to the largest antenna here (the 9' PVC box loop) for TP-DXing
this morning, and received a Japanese station on 729 kHz at a fairly good
level. Don't know for sure if this is the same station as yesterday, but it's
the first time that

Hello All,
It was another good Asiatic TP morning here, with the first all-time new TP
logged here from the new DX season. To investigate mysteries on 729, 1053
and other frequencies, I switched over to the 9' sided PVC tuned passive
loop this morning. WWF wrestling experience is helpful

CKMX in Calgary AB is strong here tonight, beating up KYW pretty good - gotta

A bit of a mix here this morning, with both TP and DU stations reaching
audio. Some of the Japanese were of pretty decent strength, but the
rest of the audio was rather weak.
Japan 594, 693, 747, 774, 828

That is what KWEI was running last year, and their 60 watts was rarely
heard. Now, if at 360 watts, they pretty much block the freq off the
Eastern beverage. I am getting some other EE station QRMing them, but
the signal is stil S9+20 on the R8.
