night about 5:30p PST as I was driving from Tacoma to Gig Harbor. Any clues

I think there are a lot of mountains but there will probably be another
near Terrace when they switch to FM too. Kitimat switched to FM sometime
back too.

Snow atop either Mauna Loa or Mauna Kea in winter isn't very unusual.
Having snow on the ground at the same time in 49 states isn't regular, but also
