Great catch. A regular here most night and there is more than one
station on 1710 to the NE. I think both are in Russian. There is also
SS one on 1710 East of here. Larry Godwin hears that one often, it may
be another pirate.

After many tries for this station, I heard weak music on 1709.9505 kHz at 0714
UTC 05/29.
Singing at 0718. Woman talking at 0721, possibly in Russian, too weak to be
sure,
then more singing fading up and down. Some slop from XEPE-1700.
