WDVX Clinton (fm89.9) is an example of a small non-commercial FMer that
attempts to fill the void providing programming that may have disappeared
from the airwaves in an area and, thanks to streaming, finds listeners,

A change this morning, with signals switching from DU to Japan. Not
a stellar morning by any means, but the Japanese big guns on 594, 693,
747, 774. and 828 all put in decent signals at various times between
1300 and 1400. Nothing from the upper end of the band, not even 1566 Korea.
73,
Check out http://www.kvsh.com. When's the last time you saw THAT on the
homepage of a radio station's URL? :)

KVSH was putting a decent signal into northern Oklahoma on Tuesday evening.
Heard with live female DJ and oldies from 9:25 to 9:59 pm CDT (0225-0259
UTC). I enjoyed seeing their new transmitter when I visited their web site
then.
