Tuning in to 630 reveals a missing KCIS Edmonds -Seattle at 00: 10 PST. It is normally strong enough to hide any backgrounders but at this time all I hear is others and had a sports report about 5 minutes earlier probably from CHEDmonton AB but now it's just a jumble of signals so I'm guessing

At 0:100 PST CJRJ 1200 Vancouver BC is on with unmodulated signal which is not quite clear enough to hide a TOH ID from WOAI in San Antone Texas. This is not the first time the Vancouver station has been without on air time. A studio to TX link problem or downtime for program interruption? At
