Signal strengths are getting up there now, although 1287 didn't
deliver like it did in Alberta. That station does surprisingly well
for its power. My signal strength recorder said that 1548 and 612
peaked nearer to 1330UT, but I wasn't listening/recording by then.

Hi Bruce,
Thanks very much for listening to the MP3 clips, and giving your
suggestions.
Chuck also sent me a brief message about 936-New Supremo, which seems
the most likely suspect for the Japanese-like music since none of the

Once again no DU audio today, but the Asian signals were even better
today than yesterday. Four channels with audio, 972 and 1566 from

Hello All,
As usual during a major ocean beach DXpedition, several mystery South
Pacific DX stations were received during the recent Ultralight radio
sessions on the 400 foot "Rockwork 4" Cliff on Oregon's ocean coast.
Unlike most of the typical mystery stations, though, most of these were

I really like Nick Hall-Patch's rating system for audio intelligibility on
trans-oceanic receptions! It seems applicable to a lot of different DX
