The Voice of Russia from Moldova has dominated 999 kHz here 2155-2245 UTC with
mostly discussion in Russian and occasional pop or folk tune // webstream via
delicast.com.(www.delicast.com/russia/moscow/voice_of_russia). Once every
15 minutes or so Saudi Arabia will take over with a capella
1089//1053 male EE announcers but difficult to understand, does not seem to be

Thanks Ben,
I couldn't believe my ears at first. Last night was an excellent night for TA's
at least after 10:30- 11, which is when I started I think. As far as France
goes I have a carrier right now on 1467 where the French KW TWR station is,
unfortunately no audio so far. Got VOR 1548 again
Any suggestions for this year? I thought about a SANGEAN PR-D5 or maybe a dual
speaker TECSUN.

noticed this change too, but since they were still using the WQTT, 1270 ID I

This morning it was back to the previous pattern, with all the
TP audio being at the top end of the dial. VOA 1575 was top dog today,
with fair to good audio, peaking around 1500. Otherwise it was just
poor to occassionally fair from 1566 and poor on 1593. Down lower, 774

Well, I did go back to those dipole antennae, and they're still
active! In fact there are 3, but they aren't from a broadcast
station, but a very fancy ham station. Furthermore, the place is for
sale as well, so the person has moved on, or passed away. The poles
are not very old, and at least 2

high band had audio.
