Concurrent with a separate DXpedition in Yachats (OR), from July 21-27
another wild ocean cliff DXpedition was conducted from Rockwork 4, a 400'
high sheer cliff located on Highway 101 in Tillamook County, Oregon. As in

I have never, in all my years of DXing in Port Huron, heard anything on 1520
during the day except what sounds like a WPHM/WHLS mixing product. But this
morning, at 8 a.m., on the car radio, had a very nice signal from WNWT,
Rossford/Toledo (K-LOVE). It was putting a very listenable

No SDR recording this morning, but the DXFishbarrel told me that
there was quite a reasonable opening above about 1500kHz from about
1210 to 1230UT. Before that, only Tahiti-738 showed any signs of life.
