Hi Gary, thank you, likewise for me to meet you. Actually I just suggested that Fiji may be inactive, because there wasn't even a carrier there. I can confirm Tonga's sign-off at 12:04.30 on 25th, when you heard it. It was on 1017.008 kHz. I have compared some of your receptions with the ones

I have the same experience during 10-15 years of using WWV/WWVH carrier as reference here in Finland: the shift caused by Doppler shift or spread by propagation is exaggerated. I often see it spread a bit, but it looks like being symmetrical, so there isn't any problem to see the centre anyway.

It does mean the paper copy. The IRCA will now be publishing the DX Monitor as an electronic version only, starting with Volume 51. For those of you reluctant to switch over to the Soft DX Monitor, they certainly take up much less room than paper copies! I have archived the last 17 years of

Yes, as Jaguar has used that public offset list as basis for its internal list, hopefully that list will also be made public every now and then, when entries are added there or they would be added automatically to the mwoffsets database. I don't mind if the fourth decimal isn't exact ;-) 73,
