[IRCA] WMVP 1000 Distortion on 990 and 1010

I am hearing distorted splash from WMVP 1000 in Chicago. It sounds almost identical to the "Darth Vader" sounding noise heard from WABH 1380 last week which was showing up on 1370USB and 1390LSB. The distortion is showing up around 990khz and 1010khz, intermittantly, perhaps once a minute or so
