If the list seems deserted now, the situation should change in about another
month. The peak DU-DXing season will start on the Oregon coast, and there will
probably be more posts about Aussie and Kiwi DX than most members care to read

I guess with WKSH off for so long this would count as a new station?

I look for reasons to not count things like this as a new stn. For me, even if
it was off for 50 years and then came back on the same freq serving the same
market I'd not count it as new. Just my opinion.
