0304 UTC: Strong carrier at times favoring the west, but too much
t-storm static to pull out any useful audio. Measuring 709.865 and
really standing out when listening to 710. Any idea who it is? I don't
see anything on the mwoffset list.

these guys have been logged by you as the back end of your BOGs aims right at
them. Singing ID as XEDP La Ranchera de Cuauhtemoc has been used for many

It's a fairly erratic signal, but looks like it might null roughly SE
of Victoria.
