DU signals looked promising yesterday morning with more weak carriers
noted than usual here. Those never materialized but I was excited when
I caught 5kw KOGO at a good level on 600 which is usually occupied by a
strong WMT. Here's how KOGO sounded from Michigan:

Thanks for that additional information. The oldies genre would
certainly describe what I was hearing.If my musical knowledge was a
bit sharper I would certainly have been able to name the one tune, as it

All DU again today, with only a few channels producing any audio:
702 unID Weak audio, likely ABC Sydney, as the traces of talk by a man
at 1205 had that ABC sound.
828 unID Came up to audio level (just barely) for a couple of minutes
at 1208 with music.
855 unID Man talking at 1203.
If we can figure out the name of the tune Coast can look it up and see when it
was played, leading to DX success for you.
