Saul, Nice catch from your location. W807 Geo Research Rock Radio claims 30 watts output from a Cunningham transmitter. They have been operating mostly full time on 1710 for at least a couple of years now and are heard frequently here fading in and out at night. I'm surprised other DXers

Antioch is a very very very far north exurb from Chicago - it's not a pirate station, it's a Part 15 station. Really comprehensive OTR programming. See ABN (Antioch broadcasting network) and macinmind.com. If anyone can pick up a Part 15 from 100 miles or more, mazl tov - I can't imagine
