Kind of hate to see the Disney stations all go but I guess the one in LA will
still be over the air and it is available anywhere by app. Maybe I can squeeze
a verie out of KMIK 1580 in Tempe before they go. Seems most will become

is that I cannot play files that are on the desktop ... Perseus only

I have all my audio cards (3 U7 and 4 SB Live) running under one soundcard
dedicated hub (a powered USB3 hub into a USB3 motherboard connection -
even though none of these are USB3 cards :). I don't thing you will have
any issues with a decent USB hub and TR.

This is definitely WIBW. I listened to the web stream this morning and
they do have a morning host named Alex, who is mentioned right at the start
of the recording. Weather guy on the stream is the same voice that's on
the recording.

Both the KKXA and KGDD night patterns send everything to the north and west.
The 2013 NRC Pattern Book says KKXA is nondirectional at night, which may have
been correct at that time.

I had some earthquake DX in 1992 and 1994. I'll be glad for no more of that. I

the recordings that I've missed, but almost all Japanese this
morning; 1566 was there, but tended to get lost in the crush.
Signals peaked before 1500UT, but still plenty left afterwards,
last ones heard around 1700UT I

For some reason I was hearing the second letter as a T, which had me
puzzled. I think it was a case of my ears wanting to hear something
other than WIBW!
