Just now finally had a chance to listen to the clip. I was able to make out enough of the ID at the beginning to say that it's definitely my local on 1020, KMMQ. The music at the end is banda, heavy on the tuba and trumpets.. Setenta Tres, Senor Ricardo Dau Sur Omaha, Nebrasca. :)

Nick: AsiaWaves is your friend. Alan lists 1566 Yanbian PBS as: Jamming transmitter against South Korean station (FEBC).//1053 kHz. so naturally it would be parallel to Yanbian PBS 1053. I take it that in this case "jamming" means "powerful interfering broadcast" rather than "noise transmission".
