If I read this mornings live hot sheet then there was some action at 1520 - 1540... NHP radar indicated sufficient signals on the likes of 1566, 1575, and 1593 to produce passable audio. There were also indicators of good carriers to possible hints of audio on at least a dozen other channels -- 1

Quite a lot of 1566, and a couple of others now and again, plus some carriers. Hope that means that things are recovering somewhat pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 1566 HLAZ peaked 1545-46UT with woman in Chinese over and around a v
