Count me in. I'm a teacher, so the educational aspect would be covered. Plus I
teach about Cuba in my 6th grade world geography class.
My in laws saw Frankie Baby down there before things went south. They even
stayed in the same hotel. :-)

visiting Cuba have an educational purpose for their trip, which
typically means a lot of "person-to-person"
Glad to hear that Richard heard a carrier on 702 kHz...I think he
must have heard most of the signal that was available for North
America. They didn't amount to much here, and in fact, not much else
did either.
