[IRCA] FCC fines company $90, 000 for selling LED light fixtures causing interference to AM/FM radio transmissions

There is a lot of lawyer speak here; see number 5 under background. I couldn't find how this came to the FCC's attention. It would be interesting to know how many similar products causing interference were tested and approved prior to marketing. This is too title too late but nice to see.
