[IRCA] TP 5 Dec Victoria version

Had to head off early this morning, so no time to live DX, but the NetSDR did its best, and it was a surprisingly Asiatic morning in spite of earlier dullness. Strongest signals were around 1500UT. pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):
