Chasing DX from the center of Polynesia was an ideal chance to track down exotic DU island stations that rarely, if ever, show up on the west coast of North America. From my location on the Aitutaki lagoon beach (in the Cook Island group, 2600 miles due south of Hawaii) obscure stations like
