I was seeing a couple of carriers pretty much at nominal, and then one about 6Hz below that. One of the nominal carriers was strongest, so assuming that was what was delivering audio, but can't really say for certain, as it wasn't a huge difference. I admit that I assumed Magic. best wishes

As of November 3, 2018 WEUP's slogan was "Talk and Gospel 94.5". Perhaps, their slogan changed? Sure this isn't 1550 kHz WVAB Virginia Beach, VA. Their slogan is "The Praise". Or, 1650 kHz WHKT Portsmouth, VA as they also use "Praise" in their slogan. Or, 1190 kHz WLIB, NYC, NY as their slog
