In June, 1995, while vacationing in Waimanalo, Oahu, Hawaii, I heard the 1610

I heard the code IDs from their January 25, 1993 DX test. They were in fair in

Burlington, Iowa, with their 67 watts of talk.
And if you really believe KCPS is using 67 watts, I've got some beachfront
