KTOX Needles Ca is dominant in L.A. County right now. Local news noted in Coast
to Coast AM break, as well as ad containing Gilligans Island parody. I first
logged them as KSFE ( Santa Fe railroad town ) years back. May have scribbled

Nice, just logged KKXA WA here in Lakewood CA while KUNX in Port Hueneme is off
the air. Dennis Gibson shared the tip that KUNX and KKZZ 1400 will be swapping
frequencies. Nice selection of classic country tunes and plenty of IDs. Some
massive slow fading. Pretty strong signal on the upfade.
Liking some of these classic country tunes like Willie Nelsons version of City
of New Orleans and I've always been crazy by Waylon Jennings. Oddly they
seem a bit stronger now at 2:20 am pst that they did around 1am. Love logging
new ones. Hope they are good verifiers. Ms
