KRLC was logged here in Southern CA back in the 70s and I don't think I've
heard them since. (1350 these days is mostly San Bernardino and Pueblo) I just
looked in the 29th edition of NRC log (last seasons) and they are indeed listed
in there under both states (ID and WA) Mi
Maybe a nice lightning bolt will take it away for you.
