Hi Gary,on the phaser I use a 35' vertical antenna for one antenna and it
is fed directly to the phaser . The other antenna comes from a control box
and it is a combination of 1 to 3 antennas switched in or out to minimize
the station I want to phase. Then it's just a matter of tweaking the phaser

I discovered that although I can't completely null local WTIC or WBZ, their
signals can reduced enough to dx the adjacent frequencies without the nasty

I guess the "Death of am radio" actually means the end of the golden age of
radio and not the actual signing off and going silent of all the stations
currently on the air. Nothing lasts forever - good or bad. Who knows what

mobile HF rigs. Other than the 703+, the only positive report
that I received was for the yaesu FT-897. I might go to Lentini Comm. in CT

I have noticed in the past couple of days that WCXN is way over WWVA at
sunset and sunrise. I have not logged them previously, but now it is really
easy. At first I thought it was Carribean or South America, but numerous
mentions of businesses in Heekory (sic) and Lincolnton narrowed it down.
