Kaz,
I've been monitoring 1710 for the last hour and it's the usual mix here:
the Hudson County, NJ. TIS, Radio Celestial from the Bronx (despite that
FCC bust letter that circulated around, they continue to broadcast), and
Chicago pirate "W807". Radio Celestial plays music this time of night
and
Thanks everyone. I've tried the link again on another computer and was
immediately rewarded with live audio. I should have tried this on
another computer before posting.

If anyone knows of a working live audio stream for 783 Mauritania, or
another way to confirm what I think might be Mauritania on 783, it would
be much appreciated. I've tried accessing their live audio stream via
their website but it doesn't work for me:

1566 TWR Benin coming in surprisingly well over the terrible
thunderstorm noise here. English announcements and now into a song with
consistent audio for the last few minutes. No other TAs noted right
now, but 783 was in last night with occasional audio at this time (0330
UTC). This might be my
Bob, I also heard those time pips here. They were faint and I didn't
notice them until I played the recording back again this morning. The
pips appeared at 12:06am and I heard faint sweep tones at 12:07am. No
other identifiable content was heard. I could only pull this out using
upper-sideband
I heard what I think sounded like sweeping tones, but at 12:07am
(outside of the three minute window). Can anyone confirm sweeps
at :07 ?

I heard 2 minutes of clear EWTN programming leading up to 10:00 UTC TOH
this morning. This ran through TOH and the station faded under an ESPN
affiliate (WHB or WJJQ) about a minute past TOH. I can find only one
EWTN affiliate on 810 and it's WQIZ St. George, SC. This one doesn't
seem likely due

I suspect the 1017 carrier that was teasing me this morning may have
been Tonga. With the Perseus, the strongest of the two carriers that I
measured at 1034 UTC was centered on 1017.008 kHz, while a weaker one
appears dead-on 1017.000. Can any western DXers confirm if Tonga is
+0.008?
I've enjoy
These heard +/- 15 minutes from my local sunrise at 1028 UTC:
702 Faint carrier noticed just momentarily.
738 Tahiti peaking from strong carrier to muffled audio, weak French
talk by woman // to webstream.
1017 Peaking to a strong carrier at times near equal strength with 738
but never producing
1566 TWR Benin with clear audio at the moment and steady signal, best
I've ever heard them here. 0327 UTC.
