A number of stations in Florida have long standing STAs to run day facilities at night to overcome Cuban cheaters. We have one in Northern California. XED is a big time cheater. KTCT has had that kind of STA since 1999. It's licensed for 10 kW at night but gets to run 50 kW. Sent from my
