Doing fine out here.  Our top wind was just 52 and we had less than an inch of 
rain.  The 7 foot dish is pretty beat up.  I've got a backup for when it 
finally dies.  Will try to reattach some of the elements to the screen with 
plastic ties.  That should buy me another year.  Thanks for asking.

Actually the DX was just a side benefit.  It's the only place near the ocean I 
could afford.  Check out how little it costs to live out here.
