Except for signs of HLAZ between 1230 and 1300 UT, the (weak) audio
was mostly around 1300UT, including likely 4QR-612 Tahiti?-738,
JOUB-774, possible 4BC-1116. 1296 was a tantalizing carrier, close to audio.

I guess it was an OK morning for August; I've just been spoiled by
better ones in the last couple of weeks. And, it was generally
better than yesterday, though seemed to be just as splashy
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

There was more to this morning than appeared at first glance, with a
couple of second string Japanese popping up. Any DU later were
pretty underpowered, in fact JOUB's call ID at 1320UT was on its own,
no sign of 3LO, just lots of domestic splatter.
