I doubt it is allowed if the FCC knew. However will few FCC officials out there these days, who is there to enforce the rules? When I worked at KVAS Astoria in the 70s, we were supposed to drop to 250w at LSS, but on Fri/Sat nights often we would stay on 1 KW to get out better for our listeners and
