Yup, WSPC, 1010, Albemarle, NC was, at 2130, well atop the channel w/ID,
"WSPC/WZKY weather," by YL, into the Rusty (or Russ) Humphrey show. Like WLBG,
this one must be on day power.

As a broadcaster, I must ask if that was a serious question and you think
it is somehow ok?
Stations have licensed parameters for a reason.

I doubt it is allowed if the FCC knew. However will few FCC officials
out there these days, who is there to enforce the rules? When I worked
at KVAS Astoria in the 70s, we were supposed to drop to 250w at LSS, but
on Fri/Sat nights often we would stay on 1 KW to get out better for our
listeners and
