They might be having a pattern switching problem. I was in Port Townsend, WA
last night and they were even with KKOL. 20kw would do that handily.

1300 kHz hearing a strong religious station, not normal here. Phoenix OR
heard once before so maybe them. 9:10 PM PDT, 9/23/13.
