I wonder if anyone can help out with this - recorded on 1420 at 0700 UTC

I have listened over and over to this clip and now think that the call
is WVJS (Owensboro KY) However if it is then what follows (two
locations?) doesn't make any sense.
Any suggestions?
(So far as I can find the station has no email address and the live link
on their site doesn't work)
