[IRCA] 1450 unID sounds like WKVR

Curious if anyone can set me straight on calls which surface twice - once in each clip - and a few local references. 1450 – Clip A has a mention of a town right of the bat, and at 0:15 what sounds like “downtown Newtonville”, and then a set of calls at 0:30. Clip B has an ID sounding like WKVR
