1566 was a carrier here up until 1800UT, when it seemed to 
disappear.  That made sense, as the Russian broadcast that beams this 
way somewhat came to an end, and maybe they sign off then?

At 1858UT, checked again, and behold, a barely audible carrier was 
there, best on the westerly Flag.  Spectrum Lab says it's 5 to 15 dB 
above the noise (only the last 5 dB or so is audible as a 
het)...amazing.  I'd suspect a local spur, but it's fading, and is 
not wandering in any way.
