I know it SAYS watts on the link, but it HAS to mean kilowatts. Let's look at
this reasonably -- the combined area of Casper-Evansville is 31.1 square miles.
2 watts, or even 3, at night will NOT cover that in anyone's wildest dreams.
Why would KUYO
They have a PSSA that allows then 3 kW until 8:15 PM, then 2 kW until
9:15 PM during March.

KUYO is licensed for 25 kilowatts day; 9200 watts Critical Hours, then
goes off, to protect WCCO.

called Adventures in Oddysey and signal was nice and clear for about 10 minutes
until others pushed in to create a mix but the signal stayed on top and
