Will do. Any chance you have an MP3 recording of WION's 1480 ID at TOH?
I'd love to know what I'm listening for, though CW should stand out
pretty well. 1480 is a favorite frequency here for DX, with a nice mix
of stations fading in.

I was given the first link by the owner of WION-AM 1430, here in Michigan. He
is a great proponent of high-fidelity AM stereo.

I recently had access to a AM Stereo radio and found WLS 890 Chicago and CFCO
630 Chatham, Ontario still using AM Stereo (not HD Radio.)
CFCO sounds wonderful with great separation and full fidelity.

NW B Recent News strip reporting on AM St BCing on
stations in Van and Vic is not totally accurate by
saying that CKNW 980 and CHMB 1320 activate stereo
lights when the signal is mono. They are in fact still

roadside billboard promoting "1450-AM, Classic Hits In Stereo". I didn't
have the means to confirm whether they were actually transmitting in
stereo. I presume this was WTHU in Thurmont.

He has AM Stereo and I have listened to it.

The car I used last night was a 1994 Ford Thunderbird. AM-FM stereo with
cassette. My wifes car is a Mercury Tracer 1997 with AM-FM stereo with CD.
The T-bird radio has a scan-tune button. It's a hassle to tune, because if you
stay on a frequency for over 5 seconds the radio returns to
dennis, what model car do you have with an am stereo
radio? would it by chance be a chrysler? some k-car

I bought a brand new Plymouth Horizon in 1988 with an AM stereo radio in it
(don't ask me why) and I too liked it. I ought to go to the junk yard and
pick one up as a matter of fact although I don't think i would like Rush in
