I'm thinking that they'll be doing antenna, and/or transmitter repairs. For this, I'm sure they'd prefer daylight hours, so with 690 secondary to 88.1 (remember, the plan had been to close 690 completely, when they brought 88.1 on), I don't think it's such a big deal to the CBC brass. 73,...Walt

I just caught part of the announcement -- it seems that next Sunday 15th (or Saturday 14th), CBU-690 will be off the air from 0910 to 1210 PST. I was distracted and could not focus on the whole of it, but think I have it right. Their other signal (88.1) will remain on FWIW ef __
