Brett, I am still noticing the strong het on the upper side on 1690 here, but so far no audio noted on the carrier. It will have to get more signal to overcome the rest of the 1690 QRM, but as it gets towards Fall/Winter it should improve. 73, Patrick Patrick Martin KAVT Reception Manager ___

Both tonight and last night I've noted a carrier just below 1690.7 khz, presumably CHTO. Never strong enough to produce any audio, but must have been getting close at times, so but as Patrick notes, could be a reasonable target for westerners with improved conditions. 73, Nigel Pimblett Dunm
