Open carrier signed off at 1:03 PM PST. No other stations present.
KXPD 1040 Tigard, OR off the air and channel vacant.
KLZS 1450 Eugene, OR no way of checking here because of local KBPS Portland, OR

Yes, I heard KXOR's open carrier this morning. No sign of KAPS though.
Must be off. Now all I am getting is CFFR at about S8 off the NE EWE.
Lots of Canadians in all day. Noticed CFLD 760 at S4 at Noon. Also 610
CKYL and CJDC-890 also good. CKST 1040 alone on the channel with Tigard
off,

Quite right on KAPS-660, Patrickwonder how long that's been off? Just a
weak CFFR right now with Calgary weather.

Same thing in Seattle. At 7:24 pm, I'm getting only CFFR like a local
(quite literally, at 20 db/S9)
KAPS streaming audio is still there - satellite cw with local IDs, so
it's apparently just a transmitter problem.
