Those songs would fall in line with be classic hits. Classic hits formatted
stations do play oldies and classic rock.
I don't know for sure if it was WSLM, but it was possible. and if you
heard them in Oregon, they probably weren't on low power.

I just got my Eastern Beverage back together, after using only 1300' of

Your rel station is probably KIHH Eureka. They are miing wih the oldies
station (KNND) the last few nights. KIHH is Immaculate Heart Radio, but
their ID is hard to catch as it is "KIHH-Eureka" and that is it. I have
not caught any local announcements so far. Infact the ID was so poor, I

Neither were strong enough to get much programming, but I did catch the
IDs. I don't believe I have KOBB, at least not under that call. I have
KLCB from 1968 or 69. But I have not heard KLCB

Yes, I also remember 850 Thousand Oaks. I QSL'd them under some call. We
also had Morro Bay on 1150 and Santa Rosa 1150. Those went away when
1150 LA wanted to boost power. A lot of history. Lets see Taft on 1310,

It looks like I have my old pattern back on the Eastern beverage. Since
I smoothed out that 45 degree angle to no more that 15-20 degrees and
made it a bit more uniformed the directivity of the beverage seems back
like it was from a few years ago At least it has improved.

them with Portland off, especially KNSS News Radio 13-30. They top the
channel often.

Tyler, TX on 600 is fairly easy here in Colorado so they're a good bet for
Pacific NW. Another possible catch is KROD El Paso. They're a regular when
the Superloop is configured for SSW direction. 73. Chris

I think the last time I heard KSJB was in the 80s or 90s. Of course with
Vancouver, gone it may be easier now. When I heard KSJB Vancouver was
on, but the beverage nulls the North to a certain amount. I am looking
