Almost certainly Algeria-531/549 causing your hets. Both were MUCH
stronger last year.

Heard on car radio doing errands in Woodbury, mn at 2157 UTC first from

Very loud het so I turned to 550 with no het until 10 minutes later. Can only
theorize Spain first on 531 then possibly 2 hets, with most likely Algiers and
also 549.
