Interesting that the signal would travel approx 6000 miles to your shack but
would not travel another 500 miles to mine. I wonder if the signal path from
Northern Japan to Mass passes thru the Auroral Zone but the path from Northen
Japan to Tulsa passes just UNDER the AU
