For a second straight night I am hearing KLTI 1560 Macon MO on power that no doubt exceeds its 41-watt night authorization. Tonight it is dominating 1560 here with C&W mx and joint ID's with its FM translator on 92.5. 73 Bill Dvorak Madison WI
