About the 183 frequency, I know that a couple of years ago, the top one
of their four towers collapsed so they have to re-arrange the antenna

Best that can be done in Victoria BC is weak carriers on 189 and 198
using the ALA100 copper pipe loop.
The north Flag is hearing TA carriers by 0315UT, including 855 1215
1386 1485, and very wispy traces on 1089 and 1512.
